      • USA Open Mics

The Two Pages Under this Subheading Are:

1. USA Open Mics is from a couple of years ago when Jess Morgan (brilliant singer-songwriter, and also mate of mine) and I toured a few states of America and turned up at open mic nights and performed - she played her music and I read out stories.  As all but one of these open mics was music-based this was occasionally a bit weird.

2. My friend and I have an 'Art Club'.  Sometimes I charge us with the task of creating useful posters for my work.  These are not always that useful (if you look you'll see that some of them perhaps are not quite right somehow...) but I wanted to share them because they're awesome :)

(P.S. I strongly recommend forming an Art Club.  Don't worry about whether you're actually making anything decent - although feel free to give it a go, of course! - just meet up somewhere like a cafe, pub, or friend's house, and catch up and do art.)

Some non-poster examples of things we have made for my lessons are in the pictures below:
