Heart to Heart Workshop

Picture
This is a half-day workshop - 3 hours' worth - which covers basic skills related to writing a biography.

It is for anybody who would like to write a biography of someone that they know, and could be particularly useful for anyone who has an older family member who is residing in a care home.

If you would like to get to know an older relative better, if you'd like to record and share their memories, and if you'd like to, potentially, help keep their mind active, get in touch and I will let you know next time I put a course on.  The cost per person is £15, however there would be group discounts available, particularly if a venue could be provided.

The course covers:
Getting started and overcoming potential pitfalls.
Ways to structure a biography.
Interviewing tips.
How to draw out a memory.
Writing advice.

If you or your group/organisation are interested in this course, send me a message.
